Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Shipments
· In the case of damage or incorrect shipment American Flatbread will replace the damaged product(s) or ship the correct product(s) at our cost. Due to the frozen nature of the products, American Flatbread does not accept direct returns. Product will arrive within 14 days of notice.
· Please contact us at email@example.com with the original order number and requested action. Include a photograph of the damaged product or incorrect product as well as your email and address so we can contact you.
· All shipments will be made to the original shipping address
· NOTE: Because dry ice evaporates over time, there may be little to none left once your items are delivered. Provided the items are slightly frozen/cold, they can be immediately placed into the freezer. If your items are still cold, they are perfectly safe to consume.
· American Flatbread products are unconditionally guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products please call 888-51-5119 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the original order number, receipt and explanation of the reason for the dissatisfaction. Please include your email, phone number and address so we can contact you.
· There is a lifetime limit of one dissatisfaction refund per shipping address.
· Dissatisfaction refunds will be for the purchase price.
· All Refunds will be in the form of credit to the original purchasing vehicle (credit card).
