Features grilled and seared sourdough crust, made using an authentic process that features our own sourdough starter, which matures for 24 hours. THAW FOR 15-30 MINUTES for the best pizza experience - it really makes a difference!

It takes about the same amount of time to thaw as it takes for your oven to preheat. While the pizza thaws, preheat the oven to 425˚. Place directly on oven rack. Bake for 5-8 minutes.

The crust should be lightly crisp to the touch, the cheese bubbly. The trick is not to overcook. It will make your flatbread dry. Remove from oven, slice, serve and ENJOY!

NOT READY TO EAT. This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165˚F prior to eating. Refrigerate any unused heated portion.

Tip: It’s a good idea to place another pan or a piece of aluminum foil on the rack below the pizza (not directly on bottom of oven) to catch any drips while baking.

Love the Greek Isle, but cannot understand how all the Whole Foods in Los Angeles carry every Flatbread Pizza except this one! We are forced to buy online and have them delivered on dry ice in styrofoam box which creates more eco waste. Someone in your company needs to call UNFI and stock this item. I'm not the only customer who wants this based on other reviews.

Not as good as the original Ionian Awakening which we would eat every week. Can't believe you discontinued it. Please bring it back!
It's also hard to believe we have to order it direct from you with the bad carbon footprint of styrofoam and huge box. Whole Foods carries all your pizzas except this flavor. We have asked them many times to stock it but nothing ever happens. I believe this flavor would sell better than the Truffle or Margarita, why is it so hard to get this in store? Same with Gelson's market as well. Nobody can stock it.

I shop at Kimberton Whole Foods in Pennsylvania. I used to routinely purchase the Ionian awakening pizza that you guys made. I would buy 2 to 3 a week. As you know you discontinued this pizza and Kimberton Whole Foods no longer carries it. I have asked them to carry the Greek Isle Sourdough pizza that replaces the Ionian awakening pizza. They are unable to get it. I therefore have to order directly from you with all of the packaging of Styrofoam cooler and dry ice just to get it. Can you please PLEASE PLEASE provide these to Kimberton Whole Foods. I have reached dead ends with everyone I have spoken to.
