Baking Instructions


THAW FOR 15-30 MINUTES for the best pizza experience -it really makes a difference!

It takes about the same amount of time to thaw as it takes for your oven to preheat.

While the pizza thaws, preheat the oven to 425˚. Place directly on oven rack.

Bake for 5-8 minutes.

The crust should be lightly crisp to the touch, the cheese bubbly. The trick is not to overcook. It will make your flatbread dry. Remove from oven, slice, serve and ENJOY!


This product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165˚F prior to eating. Refrigerate any unused heated portion.

Tip: It’s a good idea to place another pan or a piece of aluminum foil on the rack below the pizza (not directly on bottom of oven) to catch any drips while baking.

I love this flat bread! I was so happy to find that I can have a 6 pack sent out to me because my local grocery stopped carrying this particular Harvest selection. It's heathy easy to cook and I just love it!

Come on, give it some flavor

Well, I wish I could say I was more impressed with these. They came highly recommended by a friend who loves them, but alas our tastes must have diverged over the years. To my taste these flatbreads are bland. The mushrooms are sliced so thin that in effect there's very little mushrooms (by weight) actually on the pizza, despite the appearance of many slices of mushroom. Another problem is the cheese. It's also bland...and careful...average at best. The bread itself is nothing to speak of either. I mean, the idea behind the product and the marketing of it are great, but it's not living up to the expectations that it set in me when I was buying it. In one word, underwhelming.

All 🍕 pizzas from American Flatbread are AMAZING. This time, I bought the 12" Revolution. While it was flavorful, I prefer the Cheese & Sauce style, instead. My next order: a case of Cheese pizza, that I KNOW 2 B AMAZING!!! 😀

Best flatbread bread 🍕!

We were looking for a tasty flatbread pizza and tries American Revolution flatbread pizza. So good both tasty and crispey. From the freezer to the oven quick and easy. We now have at least 2 on hand for dinner or for family surprise visits.Highly recommend this pizza! Write especially love the mushrooming caramelized onion one....so ho ahead and ENJOY!!
